Evidence Not Seen | Part Two

As I did with God’s Smuggler, I will be posting reflection questions for each chapter of Evidence Not Seen. Of course, since we will be spreading the book out over a longer period of time, some of the posts will be quite short, as there will sometimes be only one chapter to discuss. I do hope, however, that they will encourage you to reflect on what you are reading—to allow this story to challenge, as well as encourage you.

Chapter One

While her husband made a dangerous pioneer trip deep into the jungles of New Guinea, Darlene was left back at the mission station. Not only was she not able to accompany her husband, she had no way of communicating with him until he returned, no way of knowing just how arduous his journey had proved. While the tests of our faith can be dramatic, (just read a bit later in the book!) they often are not. Are you willing to be faithful when that faithfulness seems comparatively boring?
